Donation deduct-ability:
ALTERNATIVE TAX DEDUCTION: With regards to expenditures: * 25% of the donation is deducted from income taxes with an upper limit of 20% of taxable income OR * 4 for 1000 of all perceived incomes NB: For all donations superior to 25 565€, sums going over the 20% threshold of taxable income can be deferred by the taxpayer to the year previous to the taxable year and to the 5 years following the taxable year.
