Mission & Vision
Vision: The creation of an educational space where interested stakeholders can find sustainable quality educational programs, research and collaborative development, and best practice for integrated activities, generating pilot research, which can be utilized to support local government and developmental partners in their existing efforts and programs.
Mission: Our mission is to empower indigenous and rural communities in Botswana by creating a learning environment that promotes the integration of traditional knowledge into modern value chains. We achieve this through research, innovation, and partnerships that support employment creation and fair trade, with a particular focus on education. Our programs include waste re utilization, smart farming, conservation, education, training, and showcasing. We believe that inclusive consultation, understanding, and acceptance are essential to unlocking the incredible knowledge and innovation of these communities. We are committed to building trust, fostering networks, and working collaboratively to achieve our mission, with a special emphasis on providing educational opportunities for children, in the D’kar and surrounding communities.
