At Claerio, our strength lies in the people and partnerships that fuel our mission. We’re a close-knit team of dedicated volunteers, directors, advisors, and partners who each bring unique skills and perspectives to support our work with communities in Botswana. From on-the-ground staff to international advisors and partner organizations, every individual and organization involved plays a critical role in helping us empower communities and bring meaningful change.

Team

Our team is the heart of Claerio. They include passionate volunteers and directors, many of whom have committed years of their lives to service. These individuals work across programs and projects, fostering the growth and sustainability of our preschool, the establishment of our GBV Support Center, and training initiatives. Our team is comprised of:

• Directors who guide the strategic direction and development of Claerio and some still manage specific areas of the organisation.
• Local Volunteers who bring dedication to daily activities in Botswana, from preschool, garden support to outreach in the community.
• Remote Volunteers who contribute their expertise in fields like IT, marketing, and program development from around the world.

Together, our team creates the foundation for sustainable impact, bringing Claerio’s vision to life one step at a time.

Advisors

Our advisors are seasoned professionals and advocates with expertise in fields like education, social work, and community development. Their insights guide our programs and organizational strategies, ensuring that our initiatives are informed by both local understanding and global best practices. By volunteering their expertise, Claerio’s advisors help maximize our programs’ impact and reach.

Partners

Our partner organizations are essential to Claerio’s operations, growth and governance. In collaboration with our primary partners in Europe and Switzerland, who fund Claerio through tireless fundraising, we build a stable foundation for the future.
